I have 30+ years experience working in the professional services sector, including senior HR roles and boardroom experience. As a senior leader, I have supported businesses through significant change, leading and implementing a variety of projects spanning leadership development, talent management, organisational design and culture change. I have been involved extensively in strategy creation and execution, operating at Board level.
I have a Masters in Organisational and People Development from the highly regarded Roffey Park Institute. I am a Meyler Campbell trained business coach, accredited EMCC Coach and accredited Time to Think Coach.
Having completed my Maths degree at Bath University, I went on to qualify as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen. This was followed by senior HR roles at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte, and latterly as HR Director at Michelmores LLP, a UK law firm. I combine strong business skills with a passion for enabling organisations and people to thrive.
