I have a particular passion for supporting female leaders and emerging talent within the professional services sector. These people tell me that they often experience a dip in confidence and sense of overwhelm as they grapple with combining the leadership skills needed alongside the demands of their core role.
Being talented at what you do and having spent your career to date doing it, doesn't necessarily mean you will be a brilliant leader from day one. However, my experience shows that bright and ambitious people respond quickly to great coaching and development.
Understanding how to connect with your strengths, how to bring out the best in others and create your own leadership styles means that confidence and performance as a leader quickly improves.
Recent examples of my coaching include:
- Partner track senior associates building their business case for partnership and navigating the promotion process
- Female leader wanting to create more balance in their life, without compromising on their contribution at work
- A newly appointed head of department exploring how to expand their leadership capabilities
- An experienced partner building their business case for promotion to equity
- Group coaching for a new group of partners to connect, learn and share perspectives
- Head of business support function wanting to be more visible, have impact and deliver at a strategic level
- Newly promoted MD of an SME looking to build leadership confidence
- First 100 days support for a senior lateral hire in the charity sector
- Small business owner grappling with toxic relationships within their business and seeking an external sounding board
- Senior leader in the charity sector feeling challenged by a relationship with a key colleague, and wanting to explore how they can approach things differently
- Head of Talent in technology sector wanting to be more strategic in their role and deliver greater value add
